Thanks for posting your message to the forums! What is the flame color on your board (top left hand side)? Are you using a single length of USB cable to attach the board to the computer? Is it less than 5m in length? Are there any USB boosters, or extenders in use?
Also, does the USB connection go through a wallbox, or connection panel, between your computer and board? Please also let us know your Activinspire version, as well as your Activdriver version.
Once we have this information, we can better help you troubleshoot your issue.
