Jessica,

Thank you for posting your question to the forums. Can you please tell us which version of Activinspire you are using? You can find this by going to the Help menu, and choosing About. Please let us know what the top line, in bold, states.

Also, please go into your Activmanager, by locating it next to the clock - in the system tray. It is a white box with an orange logo inside of it. If you hover over it, it will say Activmanager. Please right click it and go to the control panel. Under the hardware tab, please look for the version number to the right of the copyright notice on the bottom of the window. Which version does it report?
