Thank you for letting us know. This should work as we are compatible with that operating system, and you are using the correct driver for said operating system.
What color is the flame on your board when it is detected by the computer? Do you have your board's product code, and can you tell us? Please let us know the exact nature of the software when it is not doing what you want it to do. Do you receive any error messages? Or is the board simply not detected at any point?
Does the NUC computer have normal USB ports, version 2.0? Have you checked the power management settings in the control panel to see if your USB ports are powered normally, or on a lower-power setting?
