Our guess would be that something is corrupt in the user's Activinspire profile- this is a user-specific file in a hidden location-
Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\Promethean\ActivInspire (Or equivalent)
Mac: /Users/[Username]/.config/Promethean/Activinspire
Looking back through the other thread, it looks like that was the resolution there as well, because on Windows it is in Application Data, like Jim said that he'd deleted.
