The reason for the ActivExpressions not registering could be related to the software on the other computer.
Please could you confirm which version of the ActivInspire software you are using? And also the ActivManager version?
To find out your ActivInspire version, launch the program and click on Help>About - The bold text will show the version.
To find out your ActivManager version, please click on your ActivManager icon (White box with orange man) which should be on your task bar and click on Control Panel. On the bottom will show a version number such as 'Version 5.X.XX' - Whats this version?
When inside ActivInspire on the device registration, do you see your ActivHub listed in the first column?
