You will need to ensure that you are using full administrative rights on the computer and this should allow you once clicking on "ActivExpression" to click on the upgrade button.

To upgrade your ActivExpression devices please follow the instructions on our Knowledge Base which can be found here. Please ensure that this guide is used to perform the upgrade for these devices.
