Please check “Add or Remove Programs” or “Programs and Features” through Windows’ Control Panel and confirm the version of ActivDriver listed as being installed. If that is already at version 5.9, no update is needed. If at an earlier version, that driver will need to be removed before installing the updated one.
Look also to the Question Manager within ActivInspire in which the questions were created and make sure that the question is set up as a multiple choice question with only one correct answer and one response required; ActiVotes cannot be used in questions with more than one response required; only ActivExpression Devices can do so.
