It may be an issue with the lamp but to be sure, disconnect the projector from power, ensuring none of the projector's LED lights are lit for about 5 minutes. Reconnect the power cable and power on the projector to see if the issue persists. If so, try a working lamp from another projector of the same model to see if that resolves the issue. Either way, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projectors, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 322718 and include the serial number of the projector to verify if it is still under warranty.
