Hello Ryan,

If you are getting error messages occasionally there may be an update that will resolve that. What version of ActivInspire are you using? Also, please confirm the version of firmware on the ActivHub or ActivBoard (depending on which one you are using to register the Activotes) and the driver version listed in the ActivManager hardware tab.

Are you using the PRM-AV3 or PRM-AV2 votes? (case# 322722)
