It seems from the case notes, there were a few issues occurring with your ActivBoard. This issue can many times be resolved with a firmware or driver update. To update the ActivDriver:
Make sure all Promethean hardware is disconnected from your computer.
Go to Programs > Uninstall a program
Remove the ActivDriver
Restart the computer
Install the latest driver from the link below, ensuring that you are saving the file and then running/installing it.

Once the driver is installed, reconnect all Promethean hardware and try to calibrate again.
