Ryan, thank you for the information. Not to ask anything you've already attempted, but are you using spacers with this install? This would explain why the image is short on top and getting rid of the spacers might also help get the image closer on the sides.
We don't go into great detail regarding installation on this forum, however as a certified installer you should have access to our Installation Partner Portal and to our service management team- Please follow up there first and foremost. In the event you believe or determine that there is a defect with a piece of product kindly contact us over the phone or through the KB with the steps you used to isolate the issue and we will advise further.
