LeVonda,

There may be a few issues with this setup- it looks like you need to keystone and move your board to the left a few inches- but first and foremost the large gaps at the top and bottom are the result of this aspect ratio issue. Please if possible ensure your projector is set to run in a 16:10 aspect ratio and then you can likely adjust the way the projector is mounted to better fill the screen. If you need help finding this setting, please refer to the projector's manual at our knowledgebase (www.prometheankb.com), article KBM122.

If the option to select 16:10 is not there, or once you set your projector to 16:10 you still cannot select a 16:10 resolution like 1280 x 800, or once you do both of these things there are still large gaps at the edges of your image, please let us know. However, if the image is not level or there are other issues with alignment then we'd need to suggest that you contact a certified installer or if you are/have a certified installer that the CI check the installer portal and follow up with our service management group.

I've logged this against case 255538.

Thank you,
