If the ActivBoards are now not working after a driver update, it may be that they updated the driver without removing the previous version. Check the computer's Device Manager to see if there are any errors in Human Interface Devices or Universal Serial Bus Controllers. If there are errors let us know, we can guide you on how to resolve it.
