The EST projectors do not have a thermal switch. Please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projectors, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 239142, provide the serial number of the projector and the shipping address in the event a replacement is necessary.
