Sorry for the late reply, have you fixed the issue yet?
If not, please could you ensure that you have the correct ActivHub connected to the computer. Please check your ActivManager (driver) control panel and ensure that your ActivHub is listed. If this is not showing it could be an issue with the driver or the ActivHub, please ensure you are using the latest driver (this can be downloaded on www.PrometheanKB.com and search for article 10902).
If your ActivHub is listed in ActivManager, please go to ActivInspire and register your ActiVote devices using the 'Device Registration.
