We have 2 slates in our school that won't work, now that we upgraded to ActivInspire 2.0. They're both PRM-RS1-01 and they were registered to the boards - AB78 ActivBoard/ProActivBoard (AC2) We tried to use hubs to register them, but it didn't work. When we tried to register them to the board, the registration would start to work, then we would put in the first registration letter and that screen would disappear and they wouldn't be registered. When we tried again, it wouldn't work at all.
