Like Nicole, I have a set of PRM-AV2A-01 and an old AB78 ActivBoard/ProActivBoard (AC2). The votes worked until we upgraded the software to 2.0. Now, they aren't registered and DO go from red to green on the lights, but don't register. They are still listed, but when we try to start a vote, it says nothing is registered to the board, and they don't show up in the ActivManager. I have gone to article 10665 - It didn't help. Suggestions?
