In regards to the issue you are experiencing, please can you provide a little more information, which version of the driver and firmware are you using (available in the ActivManager)? What Operating System are you using also? The Promethean Board, are you able to provide a product code for this?
You also mentioned that this is a new laptop, does the board work with the old laptop?
