Hi Jennifer,

Please can you close ActivInspire and then navigate to the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\Activ Software\ActivInspire\My Resources\My Profiles in here, please can you delete any profiles that exist. Once these have been successfully removed. Please restart your ActivInspire software.

If this does not resolve the issue, please can you provide the build version of ActivInspire you are using, this is found in ActivInspire itself under Help->About
