The ActivManager (icon) do not need to be there for ActivInspire to start-up so this really have nothing to do with it.
Did you download ActivInspire from www.prometheanPlanet.com?
Please can you contact us with the above case reference number so we can send you a link to download ActivInspire directly, please use the above information to completely remove it before contacting us so it can be installed and tested.
