I have a teacher on my campus who likes to use Microsoft's horizontal page extender. Basically, she can move items like the Active Inspire screen off her desktop to the right, and it will appear on the Promethean Board. The problem is that when she is using the ticker on Active Inspire, and she utilizes the horizontal page extender (which is a feature of Microsoft Windows), the ticker disappears from the Promethean Board. Do you have any idea how this issue can be fixed?
