I have a Windows 8.1 computer and my activboard is ABV378PRO. The firmware is V8.04 with a USB connection and the driver is V 5.7.22.1. When I try to open my ActivInspire program, the initial fire symbol doesn't fill. After a pause, the notification window pops up and tells me that there's been a problem and the program won't open. I've tried repairing and uninstalling/reinstalling. What next?
