Please could you inform us of the ActivDriver version which can be found in Control panel and at the bottom of the screen that states Copyright Promethean 20xx. version xxxx . Not all activDriver shows that the TouchBoard is connected.
Please could you also calibrate the TouchBoard using the Windows OS calibration as it needs to be calibrated using the computer and also try another computer with ActivDriver installed.
Should this not resolve the issue please contact us and provide us with the serial number of the TouchBoard
