Are you trying to save the flipcharts to a thumb drive, or USB stick of some sort? We need to know if you are using removable media to store the items, because when this type of media is not properly ejected from the machine, the system is still writing to the drive when it is removed. This is the most common type of data corruption that we see with flipcharts.
If you are using this type of media to save, please make sure that you are ejecting the USB drive properly before physically removing it from the system. This will help you to avoid having files that do not get saved properly. Please let us know if this is not the type of system in which you are trying to store your files.
