Thanks for letting us know about your issue. What is the resolution the Surface is using? Do you have it attached to an external display, with a cloned display to another device, when this happens?
Please also make sure that you are using the latest version of Activinspire. You can find the version by going to the help menu, then choosing About. Once there, the version will be in bold at the top of the Window. If the version is less than 1.8.64868, then please go back to the help menu, and choose Check for Updates. This will update the software to the latest version.
Once you have the latest version, please try again if you had to update. Please let us know if the issue is still occuring by replying to this forum post.
