The devices that you are using, are these the ActivExpression devices or ActivExpression 2? This can be identified by the code on the back of the devices which look like PRM-AE2-01.
Please could you advise what driver you are currently using and also the firmware of your Activhub? Please click on your ActivManager icon (
) and click on 'Control Panel'. Please could you confirm the highlighted information.
Please could you click on your ActivHub and then click on Reset ActivHub. This will wipe the current registered devices, for the 3 devices which aren't registering, please could you try and register just these 3 devices after resetting the hub in ActivManager. Does this work?
