Hi Rebekka.
Thank you for posting on the forums.
I have created a Technical Support case to help assist with this issue should you need to contact us directly, please quote your reference number which is 00393657.
To help assist with your issue, please could you advise us what the product code is of your ActivBoard? This can be generally found at the left hand side of your ActivBoard on a silver/white sticker. If you are unable to see this, please go to this link which will help identify which type of ActivBoard you have.
What I would firstly recommend is to reset your ActivBoard. The best way to do this is to ensure that your projector is powered down first and give enough time for the fans to stop spinning inside the projector. Once off, please remove the USB cable from your computer which is connected to the ActivBoard and remove the power supply unit from the mains which is connecting to your ActivBoard. Leave this turned off for about 10 minutes which will allow enough time to cycle to power to the system and turn everything back on and reconnect your USB cable. Once this is all back on, please try and calibrate your ActivBoard. Does this now work?
Failing this, please could you confirm what version of the driver is being used and also the firmware of your ActivBoard? To do this, please click on your ActivManager icon () and click on 'Control Panel'. The photo below will look similar however you will have 'ActivBoard' listed under description.
Please confirm the highlight version numbers.
I look forward to your reply.
