Thanks for letting us know. Do you connect to this board directly by USB cable? Or, does it go through a wallbox/termination box or connection panel before attaching to your computer?
Please let us know your driver version by opening the Activmanager control panel. Under the hardware tab, there should be a copyright notice. Next to that notice, what software version is shown there?
Please also try changing out the USB cable that attaches to the board, and let us know if that makes a difference.
