Thanks for providing your response! Thanks for letting us know about the conditions of your system. The flame being white is a good thing. What color is the on/standby button on the left hand side of the board? Make sure that it is glowing green before you continue testing.
So when you are using Windows 7, the board works fine, but with Windows XP, there is no interaction? Please try right clicking the Activmanager in the system tray next to the clock, and choose Control Panel. Under the hardware tab, do you see your board listed? If so, please tell us the driver and firmware version that are listed to the right of the Activboard.
Please also right click the Activmanager again, and choose Calibrate->25 point calibration. Once calibration begins, please hit all the points, and let us know if it took the entries or not. Does your board work properly after this?
