This is a current known issue with ActivInspire were some PowerPoint presentations will not import if PowerPoint 2013 is installed.
There is a few workarounds which can help fix this issue when importing:
-Copy all slides within a presentation and paste them into a new presentation, re-save. and the new presentation will import.
-Rename the PowerPoint file to something shorter and re-save (Such as test.ppt rather than test document 23.ppt)
-If any spaces from the file name are removed the file will import.
This issue has been passed on to our software development team to look into a resolution for this issue.
