Thank you for posting to the forums. Does the Activmanager report that no Activboard is connected, when you try to calibrate the board? Please provide your driver and firmware versions, which can both be found in the Activmanager Control panel.
The Activmanager sits in your system tray next to the clock. Click it, and open the control panel, and then check the hardware tab for several version numbers. Please tell us the driver version, and the board firmware version, both listed to the right of the Activboard line.
Please let us know these values, and also whether nor not you are connecting directly from the computer to the board, or if you are going through any kind of wallbox, or termination box, to get to the computer from the board.
