Thank you for posting to the forums. Is the projector remote control draining batteries? Is it sending a signal at all to the projector? Please if possible turn the lights off in the room, and make sure that you are aiming the remote control directly at the projector's sensor, so that it makes sure to get the signal.

We would then need for you to call so that we can collect your projector serial number, and any other pertinent information, so that then if possible, we could replace the projector remote control under warranty.
