If this update was performed through ActivInspire’s “Check for Updates” option, then you would have only updated the ActivInspire software without updating the Driver; that update can be found on this page on Promethean Planet.
If, after updating the ActivDriver, you are still not able to utilize the Dual User feature in Inspire, please let us know if any error message present when trying to activate that tool within the ActivInspire software, and what model of board the computer is being used with and the version of firmware on that board.
