Please refer to Article 10360 from our Promethean Knowledge Base for a firmware update to apply to that board, as well as instructions for applying that update to the board.
Additionally, an updated ActivDriver can be found on this page on Promethean Planet.
If after these updates, combined with having tested a different computer, USB cable, and Power cable with this board, the behaviour seen at the board is not corrected, please contact Promethean Technical Support either by phone or through an e-mail submission to our Promethean Knowledge Base with the serial number of the board in question (Article 10474 from the Knowledge Base can help you find that board’s serial number), referencing case 00347652 when doing so.
