Angie,

 

Does deleting the content of the Computer’s Temp folder improve the behavior of the software?

 

 

If not, please un-install the ActivInspire software currently in place on the computer and re- install using the ActivInspire Suite downloaded from this page on Promethean Planet.  Does the same behavior present in the re-installed software?
