Which version of the ActivDriver is installed on the computer connecting to this board, and what version of firmware is listed as being in place on the board by the ActivManager?
If there is an Amplifier on the side of the board, there should be a button on that side called On\Standby. Press that button so it becomes Red (if it is not that color already); does the cursor behave as normal at that time?
If the USB connection from the computer to the ActivBoard utilize any extensions, boosters, wallboxes or other hardware, please by-pass them in favor of a direct connection to behind the upper left corner of the board using a single length of cable no more than 10-15’ in length. Does this improve the behavior at all?
