In regards to the issue you are experiencing, please can you confirm the version numbers of the software and the firmware so we can ensure that they are up to date.
Also around the solid black circle in the top right, are there any other symbols around that?
Since resetting the hub, is the LED indication light on the ActivHub lighting up green or red? Is this device appearing in Device Manager on the computer correctly, or is it just showing up as a USB Human Interface Device?
