In regards to your issue with ActivInspire, please can you contact Technical Support directly through our Knowledge Base. To do so, please visit www.prometheankb.com and select Software as your category then the Contact Us link at the top.
The reason for this, is that an updated release for ActivInspire is due in Q4 which could solve your issue, however if it does not then an escalation will have to be raised with our support team.
