While we have not been able to prevent file corruption such as what has happened with the file in question, we can advise taking the following steps with any flipcharts made to minimize the risk of that presenting:
- When saving the file, please save the file locally on the computer in which it was created or edited instead of a removable storage device or network location. If the file needs to be moved from one computer to another, copy the file to the removable storage device or network location instead of moving it there from the computer.
- If using video, images, or other media in your flipchart, try to use lower quality files which may not be as resource-intensive or use smaller or shorter clips.
- Reduce the number of pages used in the flipchart
