I am having the same problem with the sides of flip chart pages being cropped off both when printing as well as when I export to .pdf. I've tried going into the print settings (shown here), but even if I got to 75% the pages print exactly the same. FWIW I'm working on a mac and the print related windows different than what is shown in the previous response.
