If you have that information available, can you advise us of the case number provided to you by Technical Support when those pictures were sent in? They can review the pictures sent in at that time, and continue correspondence in regards to this issue and escalate to the appropriate channels if needed.
If you do not have that case number available, Technical Support can create a new case for this issue if contacted through the Knowledge Base or by phone, through the means described previously.
