If the issue with voting is accompanied by any lack of pen interaction at the board, please check in the ActivManager’s ‘Connections’ tab, and ensure that the status listed under the “Serial” heading is at ‘Connected’ if not, please click on the ‘Connect’ button to have the computer attempt to connect to that board over its serial connection.
If that is not the case, or if the above has no effect, then you can remove and re-install the ActivDriver and ActivInspire software and re-install them using the ActivInspire Suite downloaded from the ActivInspire Download Page
