What model board do you have? Do you have a direct USB connection to the board or are you connecting to a wallbox or connectivity panel? What version Activdriver do you have installed? Are you on a Windows or Mac computer? If on a Windows computer, check Device Manager for any errors under either Human Interface Devices or Universal Serial Bus Controllers? (case# 298280)
