A firmware update can resolve the issue. There is an article on our knowledge base that will guide you on how to update the firmware, please visit www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, in the search box type in 10360, the title of the article is: ActivBoard- 2nd Generation ActivBoard Firmware Update instructions. The file you need is at the bottom of the article. A driver update wouldn't hurt either. Are you on a Windows or Mac computer? You may also want to try and swap the power supply to the board as at times can cause spiking as well. (case# 256338)
