When you attempt to power on the projector using the remote, does it start to power up and do the fans run?
If not, check that the projector's getting power (That the LEDs are on, if not check your connection to power), and if so try to change the code on your remote by holding the menu and image buttons simultaneously for about 20-30 seconds.
If so, or if you are not getting power, please contact us with your serial number- it's possible that there's a hardware issue with the projector and we'd like to diagnose. Kindly reference your case number, 253584. Thank you,
