Please can you confirm your board's firmware and driver version?
Please also can you kindly advise whether you're having any interaction issues elsewhere on the board?
Is the projected image fully contained within the board's frame?
Lastly I'd suggest if you haven't already please attempt to recalibrate- if you're running the latest version of our driver there is a 25-point calibration for greater precision that you may want to attempt.
