Tabbie, I have a couple of questions and suggestions hopefully to assist.
First off I'd like to respectfully confirm whether you're trying to connect via Bluetooth or wireless, and whether your board is compatible in either case. Only our AC2 boards with a Bluetooth symbol on the frame are Bluetooth-compatible; if you have a more recent AC3 board you'll be looking to connect via wireless. For the former you'll either need a computer with a built-in Bluetooth adapter or a third-party external one connected usually via USB.
If you have a Bluetooth-compatible board and a Bluetooth adapter connected to your computer, please can you check if there is a USB cable connected at the back of the board; if so please disconnect it and in either event please power cycle the board. If you still find that the board goes back and forth between red (Which should be a very light red) and white, please ensure you are holding the pen very close to the board- don't hold the button unless it stays red.
