My device registration screen looks like this. I had a tech working on my computer and when he left, I no longer have the ability to register ActivExpression devices. I have updated ActivInspire, uninstalled and reinstalled it, but nothing seems to work. Under settings I have selected ActivExpression and everything acts as though I have it working, until the kids go to log in. They get an error message that says "invalid pin" every time. I have yelled at the machines very loudly but it does not seem to be helping. I have a large hammer, I just need to know where to hit with it.
