Kristi,

We were able to locate the case in which you contacted Tech Support (250833). It seems that the ActivExpressions were up to date but the ActivHub needed to be updated as well. If you are unable to access the internet to update the ActivHub but are able to use the File option, instructions on how to do this is below:

1. Save the file below (preferably to the desktop, it's easier to locate)

2. Select ActivManager/ Control Panel/ Hardware tab/ highlight Hub

3. Upgrade/ File/ Load/ guide the upgrade were you saved the file, OK

4. You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to change the firmware on the device"?

5. Yes, once updated, remove the ActivHub and reconnect

6. Select ActivManager/ Control Panel/ Hardware tab/ highlight Hub/ RESET

7. You will need to re-register the devices in ActivInspire
