Dennis,

First begin by ensuring that the ActivDriver is also up to date. The latest version we have available is 5.8.46. You can verify this in the ActivManager hardware tab. If you are not at the current version you will want to update that before updating the ActivHub and Expressions.

To do this, disconnect all Promethean hardware from the computer.

On a Windows computer, go to Add/Remove Programs (depending on the version of Windows you have) and remove the ActivDriver.

Restart the computer

Save/ Run/ Install the proper ActivDriver from the Planet link below.

www.prometheanplanet.com/.../ProductPage.aspx

On a Mac, go to Applications > Promethean > ActivDriver and uninstall the driver.

Restart the computer

Save/ Run/ Install the proper ActivDriver from the Planet link below.

www.prometheanplanet.com/.../ProductPage.aspx

Once installed, reconnect Promethean hardware and then follow the instructions in the knowledge base article will guide you on how to update the ActivHub and Expressions.
